Package arrived damage- and no response

My package arrived bent. One decal was okay, but the second I'll probably toss. I'm not sure if it'll smooth out enough. Reached out to decal girl straight away and didn't get a response, but decided it wasn't worth the hassle of trying to contact them again.
Honestly- terrible packaging. You really should come up with a better method. I paid extra for UPS shipping too.

I am so sorry you ahd issues with your order. I do not have nay emials in our system outside of the email you send ahead of us shipping asking about the cut out. Did you send the email to support@decalgirl.com or help@decalgirl.com? Your order has automatic insurance, if the envelope was damaged not only with UPS refund us the entire cost of the orer but we could print and ship replacements with in 24 hours. I would be happy to get you another order out! I am sending you an email now through our support and hope you are open to receiving a replacement order.
