2 Mac book Pro lap top skins, with the name/logo ridiculously small!!!

I ordered 2 Mac Book Pro laptop skins, with the same name & logo I asked for Big letters that can really stand out, so people can read it, they send me 2 different sizes in the name/logo,one was smaller, but I was willing to let that slide, then I open the other laptop skin for my 14in Mac Book and the name/logo is so small you need a magnifying glass to read it!!! Like what sense does it make to buy a laptop skin with a small name/logo??? It defeats the purpose of the laptop skin, these people didn't even call me, or send me an email to check, if the order was right, then on top of that the laptop skin with the tiny letters had air bubbles in it, like they just rushed it with no care, or concern for the customers product!! Im so pissed 😡 because I tried to resolve this and the person I communicated with expects me to pay for their error by purchasing another one!! Unbelievable!!! This person should either give me a refund, or re-do it over free of charge to make things right, but obviously they have no integrity.. I’m sorry to see your 1-star review filled with misunderstandings and false assumptions. I'm posting it, and my reply publicly.

For 21 years, we’ve built our business with a customer-first mentality. We always offer free returns and full refunds for any reason. My wife was in the middle of assisting you before we took a late lunch as a family. Realize we were responding to your concerns on a weekend afternoon—yet you chose to leave this review during that time.

You first claimed that we altered your artwork. That is simply not true. Our software timestamps confirm no edits were made. Upon review, the logo in your design was scaled down to about 60-65% of its original size when you created it. We assumed this was intentional and produced the skins exactly as designed. Now you say the design you uploaded was flawed and that we should have reached out to verify. When we see consistent sizing across multiple orders, we trust our customers’ choices and don’t second-guess their intent. Your order shipped within one business day.

Additionally, the artwork you provided is inherently too small to cover the laptop lid effectively. It was a low-quality JPEG, only 2.5 inches wide at 300 DPI and 52 KB in size. For future reference, I suggest having your logo recreated in high resolution or vector format. Many designers charge $35-$50/hour with a half-hour minimum for this type of work.

Regarding the minor silvering (air bubbles) in the black skin, this is a common and temporary characteristic of cold laminate on dark colors. These bubbles will disappear once the skin is properly applied and bonded.

Amanda offered to remake the skins at no cost, including attempting to upscale your artwork, for just $5 to cover shipping: 'If you cover shipping I will reprint. We do not call every order and verify.... the email receipt has a preview link on it beside the item. We have no communication from you asking for any specifics.' You rejected this offer, saying 'God don't like ugly' and now accuse us of lacking integrity, even though we were trying to fix an issue caused by your design choices.

Regardless, I’ve issued you a full refund. Please discard the skins.
